"I was a police officer for thirteen years. The system I served didn't have the tools to help me when I needed it most."
I witnessed things that most people will never see. Trauma that doesn't leave you. After thirteen years on the frontline, I reached a breaking point. Five years ago, I attempted suicide. I was medically discharged from the force I had dedicated my life to.
What followed was the hardest journey of my life — trauma therapy, EMDR, medication, and an enormous amount of internal work that no clinical program prepared me for. I am not fully healed. I still have hard days. But I can see a future now. I know who I am again.
I built this program because someone out there needs to know that rebuilding is possible — even when it doesn't feel like it.
