My Story
"I was a police officer for thirteen years. The system I served didn't have the tools to help me when I needed it most."

I witnessed things that most people will never see. Trauma that doesn't leave you. After thirteen years on the frontline, I reached a breaking point. Five years ago, I attempted suicide. I was medically discharged from the force I had dedicated my life to.

What followed was the hardest journey of my life — trauma therapy, EMDR, medication, and an enormous amount of internal work that no clinical program prepared me for. I am not fully healed. I still have hard days. But I can see a future now. I know who I am again.

I built this program because someone out there needs to know that rebuilding is possible — even when it doesn't feel like it.

Does This Sound Familiar

You've Tried Everything.
You're Still Stuck.

"The most painful thing is not the crisis itself. It is being met by someone who thinks they understand — but doesn't. Real support is not about having answers. It is about being present."

The Program

Resilience
Through Adversity

A self-paced digital program built entirely from lived experience — not clinical theory. It meets you where you are, at your worst and most exhausted, and walks with you through five stages of real transformation.

This is not a replacement for therapy. This is what happens when someone who has genuinely been through it shows you the way.

"There is a difference between being told how to survive — and being shown by someone who has."

The Five Stages

Module 01

Crisis

Understanding where you are without shame. What crisis really feels like from the inside, recognising your personal warning signs, and the dangerous misconception that makes things worse.

Module 02

Support

What real support actually looks like. How to find your one person, what to ask of them, and the honest truth about what professional support can and cannot do for your recovery.

Module 03

Recovery

The tools that actually work. Mindfulness, grounding, EMDR in plain language, managing reoccurrence, and why sleep and routine are not optional in recovery.

Module 04

Understanding

Making sense of your experience. Your diagnosis in human language, where trauma lives in the body, and the first responder cycle that nobody in the system ever talks about.

Module 05

Rebuilding

Finding yourself again. One day at a time. Discovering your inner resilience, redefining what recovery means to you, and building your personal declaration going forward.

Questions

Common Questions

Is this a replacement for therapy or medication?
No. Resilience Through Adversity is a peer support and lived experience program. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy or medication. If you are currently in crisis please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or crisis line immediately.
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who has experienced trauma, mental health crisis or breakdown and has been failed by traditional support systems. It is for people who are tired of advice from those who haven't lived it — and who are ready to do the internal work with someone who has.
How long does the program take?
The program is designed to be worked through over 8–12 weeks, but it is entirely self-paced. You can take longer if you need to. Recovery is not linear and there are no deadlines. Your access never expires.
What makes this different from other mental health programs?
This program is built entirely from lived experience — not clinical theory. The person who created it has personally survived PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, occupational trauma and a suicide attempt. Nobody can replicate that perspective. There is a difference between being told how to survive and being shown by someone who has.
What is the founding member rate?
The first 5 students receive access at $1,997 — a significant reduction from the full program price of $3,497. Founding members also receive direct input into shaping the program and priority personal access throughout their journey.
I am currently in crisis. Can this help me right now?
If you are in immediate crisis please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right now. In Australia you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636, or text 0477 13 11 14. This program is designed for people beginning a longer journey of rebuilding — not as immediate crisis support.

"Rebuilding isn't about perfection. It is about finding a place where you can recognise yourself for who you are — with understanding and compassion for yourself. Each day may be a battle. But each battle can be won."
